Your documents are yours. DEED analyses them with AI to give you an answer, does not sell personal data, and does not share them beyond the processors named below and the public pages you choose to mint. Ask for your data or ask us to delete it, any time.
Account email and name, including the name and email Google sends when you sign in with Google. Your password, which is hashed by the authentication provider and never seen or stored by DEED in readable form.
The documents, images and audio you drop, and the text extracted from them. These can contain personal data about third parties, for example names inside a contract. You are responsible for having the right to submit them.
Analyses, generated documents, likeness assertions you record, and minted Deeds. A Deed is public only when you mint it public. Payment metadata handled by Stripe. DEED never sees or stores card numbers.
IP address and user agent captured as signature evidence when someone signs. Product usage: which features you run, credit movements, and technical logs that keep the service up and secure.
Contract performance: to analyse your files, mint records, collect signatures, publish the pages you ask for, and bill you. Legitimate interest: to keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and improve the service using aggregate patterns only. Consent: marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time. Legal obligation: tax and accounting records we must keep under Latvian and EU law.
Each processor below is genuinely in use. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Entries marked "on demand" run only when you choose a paid research action; they never run automatically.

Some processors are in the United States. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework where the processor participates in it.
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and the content goes within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep longer, such as billing history and signature evidence logs.
You can access your data, correct it, erase it, receive a portable copy, object to specific uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@deed.rizzgroup.org and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your documents to train AI models of our own. We do not publish anything you did not choose to mint public.
When you mint a public Deed, the record you chose to publish (number, subject, holders, permits) becomes publicly viewable. The underlying files stay private.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your data inside DEED is strictly limited to you and the machines that serve you.
DEED is not for children under 16.
