Signatures collected through Deed are electronic signatures, which are valid for most agreements in most countries. The Deed itself is evidence: who agreed to what, and when. It is not a government registration. When an official filing matters, Deed tells you and helps you make it.
No. Deed gives you information, documents and records with sources, not legal opinions. When your situation needs a lawyer, we say so instead of guessing.
Every Deed states whether you allow AI training, and machines can read that answer through our public API. It is a stated reservation of rights, which is what EU law asks for. It is not a technical block, and nobody audits whether a crawler obeys it.
