Your documents are yours. We don't train AI on them, we don't sell them, and we don't share them beyond what you publicly mint. Ask us for your data or ask us to delete it, any time.
Your email and the profile fields you fill in. Every analysis you run and every Deed you mint. The files you upload to your Vault. Signatures collected through your Deeds. Basic technical logs so the service can run and stay secure.
To provide the service: analyse your files, mint records, verify signatures, publish the public pages you ask us to publish. To keep the platform up and prevent abuse. To improve Deed, using aggregate patterns only.
We never train AI models on your documents. We never sell your data. We never share your uploads with third parties beyond the subprocessors listed below.
Databases and file storage are hosted in Europe by our infrastructure provider. AI analysis runs via a secure gateway that does not retain your content beyond the request.
Supabase (database, auth, file storage), our AI gateway provider (for analysis inference), and email delivery. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account and it's gone within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records longer (billing, signature logs).
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to specific uses. Write to privacy@deed.rizzgroup.org and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
When you mint a public Deed, the record you chose to publish (number, subject, holders, permits) becomes publicly viewable. The underlying files stay private.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your data inside Deed is strictly limited to you and the machines that serve you.
Deed is not for children under 16.
