WHAT IS DEED?
DEED is a rights register and legal AI for creators, founders and studios. You drop a contract, a track, a logo or an idea, and DEED reads what the paperwork gives you and takes away, generates the paper that fixes what is missing, and records a numbered declaration anyone can verify. A Deed records what was declared, signed and dated. It is not a court ruling on who owns the work. Founded in 2026 and built in Europe.
What does DEED actually do?
DEED does four things in order. It reads the source you give it, whether that is a PDF, pasted text or a recording, and shows you the first characters of what it read so you can confirm it looked at the right thing.
It returns a verdict bound to evidence. Every finding quotes the line in your document that decides it, or is marked inferred when there is no line to quote. Findings are ranked critical, serious or watch, and each one carries the consequence in money terms.
It drafts the instrument that closes the gap: an assignment, a split sheet, a licence, a release. You send signing links and collect countersignatures.
It publishes the result as a numbered Deed with a public verification page. Humans check it in a browser. Machines check it over HTTP or MCP, and can buy the licences you allow.
What rights does DEED cover?
Six. Copyright, trademark, design right, patent, trade secret and likeness. The CLEAR scanner takes a name, an idea, a file or a recording and returns a rights map across all six, saying which apply, why, and what securing each one costs at home, across the EU, in the US and worldwide.
DEED is not
Deed is a common English word and several unrelated products use it. Here is what this one is not, stated plainly and without complaint about anyone else.
NOT EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING OR CORPORATE GIVING
There is a separate, unrelated product called Deed that large employers use to run volunteering programmes and workplace donation matching. It is a good product in a different industry. DEED at deed.rizzgroup.org has no connection to it, no shared ownership and no shared staff.
NOT REAL ESTATE TITLE OR CONVEYANCING
A property deed is the document that transfers land or a house. Several title companies and conveyancing services use the word. DEED at deed.rizzgroup.org does not touch land, mortgages, escrow or property registries.
NOT A LAW FIRM
DEED is software. It reads documents, states what the record shows, and drafts instruments you can sign. It does not represent you, does not appear for you, and does not give legal advice on your specific facts. When a matter needs a lawyer, DEED prepares the hand off pack and says so.
NOT A BLOCKCHAIN OR AN NFT PLATFORM
A Deed is a numbered, countersigned record in a register with a public verification URL. Minting a Deed does not create a token and does not require a wallet. Machines can pay for licences over the x402 protocol, which is a payment rail, not a chain of ownership.
How do I tell the two apart?

If the subject is volunteering hours, donation matching, corporate social responsibility reporting or employee engagement, that is the other company.
